On average, tuition will run approximately $405 a credit for Minnesota programmes and approximately $1200 a course for Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin and North Dakota programmes. These individuals must provide an actual or faxed copy of their dependent military ID card, which includes an expiration date. This represents an expansion from our original military tuition discount to include a Servicemember's spouse and/or children. Servicemembers may also have the ability to accept military-specific tuition assistance, including the MGI Bill and Federal Financial Aid, to help them pay for the remainder.

First and foremost, LeTourneau University is a private nondenominational Christian university located in Longview, Texas in the USA. According to Wikipedia and other sources, LeTourneau University has many university programmes and courses in the fields of engineering, aeronautical science, business and education. (However, even though there are no known major controversies, some Christians may know that Franklin Graham, son of Billy Graham, was expelled from LeTourneau University in 1972 (Wikipedia, Dec 2008). A Brief Look at the University - Champlain College Online
Champlain College is a very interesting and global college. Initially I had thought that it was Champlain University and was going to research on that, but could not find any websites on that, and instead found Champlain College on the Internet instead. Champlain College is mainly a physical campus college, but it does of course offer online degree programmes, which is what I will be looking into. First, however, here comes the review of the university itself and what you can expect from Champlain College.
Champlain College was established in 1878 and is a private, coeductional college located in Vermont in the USA. That is not the only physical campus for this college, as there are also satellite campuses around the world - in Mumbai, Montreal and Dublin, as well as of course the Champlain College Online website where they offer online degrees and distance education.
The college offers a variety of programmes online, and these will be looked at in the course of my review. There are no known controversies surrounding Champlain College and it is considered a global campus and with a very global outlook in terms of education and physical reach of physical campuses.
( A small disclaimer and notice: In addition, there is a Champlain Regional College, which is an unrelated but similarly named institution in Canada. In the course of this article and detailed review, Champlain College is under scrutiny and not the Canadian Champlain Regional College, even though the names are similar and one might easily mistake them. )
Which courses are offered at Champlain College Online
Champlain College Online offers a lot of online courses, but of course not as many and at differing levels as dedicated online universities, as it is not an online university, but rather it is a college that has an online department in addition to its many physical campuses worldwide. Certificates, associate degrees and bachelors degrees are offered at Champlain College Online, and also, it is very important to know that Business Administration MBA, and Managing Innovation and Information Technology masters are only available online. No PhD degrees are offered online, as of 2008.
The undergraduate degree subjects offered are as follows, from the Champlain College website:
Accounting, advertising and marketing, psychology, criminal justice administration, social work and human services, internet business and global business, software development, IT, and several other fields, like forensics.
There is no mention of the level of the degrees, and more information should be requested from Champlain College directly. The main idea probably is that Champlain College is not key for online studies, but key for distance learning in different countries, where people go to the centre or the campus to learn subjects from Champlain College. That would explain the huge facilities and the various worldwide campuses, and the small Champlain College website with little information on it, compared to say, Kaplan or Phoenix, which are dedicated here to online education, and with a lot of information and resources that you may wish to explore.
More information is freely available from other university review sites, and more importantly, perhaps you may want to look around my site to see if other universities interest you if you are unable to find the subject that you want here in this article. Because you would want to stay have a look and compare various universities, this site might be useful as the right hand side bar gives you many options to select and many other avenues of exploration here on this site.
Finance and other Matters at Champlain College Online
As the course is accelerated, as are many other online courses and distance learning courses, the finance aspect is $440 per credit hour, according to oedb.org online. In addition to the course fees, you will be interested to know that the usual loans, scholarships, government grants and all other financial aid and assistance are also available here for US citizens. However, an interesting thing to know is that many of Champlain College's students are not from the USA and are instead from all over the world, and hence the financial aspects may not interest them because they may not even be eligible for the financial aid for Champlain College and for some US colleges. Hence, more research is needed if you need or require Champlain College's aid and scholarship programmes.
Why you should study there and my personal recommendations
I will sit on the fence with Champlain College. I know, I know, I should take a stand and often I do recommend colleges for various reasons here and there. However, this one is hard to decide. It seems to me that if you are interested in studying in the physical campuses around the world, or if you are from Mumbai, Canada or Ireland, then this may be of interest to you and you may strongly want to study at Champlain College. You would be interested in Champlain College if you are an international student because that is Champlain College's main clientele. For US citizens, this college may not be of that much use. Champlain College seems to be rather good overall and may not be of the best quality, but the education that it gives should serve you quite well. Overall, I am sitting on the fence for this one, and perhaps you might want to look deeper and look around Champlain College before making up your mind. Northcentral University is an accredited purely online university based in Arizona in the USA. Northcentral University was founded and meant to be an entirely online university offering online degrees, although it has a suburban and urban campus, not meant for permanent and full time students. (Not that I know of, actually.) Northcentral University offered business administration and psychology courses initially, and then expanded to offer more interesting and diverse interests and courses and programmes, all online degrees.
Northcentral University is accredited, but according to Wikipedia in 2008 Northcentral University is not ranked according to the US NEWS report and is not included or mentioned among the top undergraduate online universities, as compiled by the Online Education Database (Wikipedia). Northcentral University is nevertheless mainly an online university and even though it may not be considered a major player giving online degrees, it is still worth time and effort considering it in competition with other universities anyways.
Which courses are offered at Northcentral University
First it should be noted that there are many positive and good reviews about Northcentral University's Business Administration and MBA programmes. Overall the courses are perceived to be interesting, engaging, relevant and useful, although there are occasional course problems and support problems for various subjects. More research should be done into this area if you are interested in Northcentral University for Business Adminstration and MBAs.
Secondly, as Northcentral University is an accredited online university, it offers bachelors degrees, masters degrees, MBAs, and doctorates (PhDs), all online degrees. That means that it caters to all students and all needs and wishes of Northcentral University students.
The subjects and programmes offered at Northcentral University are: applied computer science, business quantitative methods, computer and information security, criminal justice, e commerce, financial management, health care adminstration, homeland security, HR management, psychology, international business, management, management information systems, management of engineering and technology, marketing, organisational leadership, public administration, and sports management leadership.

There is an important 10% immediate discount if you pay your tuition in full the moment you enrol with Northcentral University. This option is not as easy as it seems and there are many qualifications and other things you need to consider before going for this good deal. Apart from paying the tuition for Northcentral University's online degree programmes in full, you can also pay by term and pay monthly at Northcentral University for all the online degrees. These loan options at Northcentral University are very interesting and innovative and are better than other online universities who offer standard loans, scholarships and government grants.
There are also qualifying lenders for Northcentral University's tuition, and those are: SallieMae's Signature Student Loan, Wells Fargo's Education Connection Loan, and the Pentagon Federal Credit Union education loans. In addition there are various payment options and systems for both undergraduate level and post grad levels.
Why you should study there and my personal recommendations

These are their reasons for studying with Northcentral University and I must say these are good reasons for you to consider, after you have done research on the other universities. Well, payment is rather convenient and systematic, there are many good loan opportunities and work and earn opportunities, and this Northcentral University has no known controversies and problems. Brief look at the university - National University, San Diego
First, it should be noted that there are many National Universities around the world. This post is therefore labelled not National University, but National University, San Diego, for the sake of people searching for this particular university. My own institution, the National University of Singapore, is also called National University, but better known as NUS rather than National University, as many around the world have the same name. In any case, National University, San Diego is a very good university and has a good reputation with no known controversies. The university prides itself on the quality of its degrees, the relevance to work life and employment of the degrees, the accelerated learning programmes and fast tracks, the affordability of the degrees and the community of California. (According to the National University, San Diego website, the university offers many masters degrees, the most than any other college or uni in California.)
Founded in 1971, National University is the second largest private but nonprofit institution of higher learning in California, in the United States of America. It has a commitment to both education and diversity, which it upholds honestly and clearly. National University, San Diego is located in California, but forms part of a system or networking system comprising several other institutions, but these institutions are not relevant to the university and online degrees review here. National University, San Diego is accredited, well established and has a good working system. Now we go on to take a look at the National University's online website and online degree programme offers.

Many levels of courses and programmes are offered here at National University, San Diego. The online degree levels offered are: bachelors, associates, masters of arts and science, and certificates and credential programmes. The range of online degree subjects here at National University, San Diego is one of the most impressive in the online business. I am really impressed and from what I can see it can certainly rival Kaplan and Phoenix in terms of choice and range, so National University, San Diego has kept its promise of diversity and choice.Both arts and science subjects are offered at all levels, for instance, at the undergraduate level, these subjects and degree offerings have been offered: Psychology, English, History, Management, Marketing, Sociology, Political Science, IT, information systems, business administration, public adminstration, and nursing.

Finance and other matters at National University, San Diego
The tuition and fees are very affordable and since National University, San Diego is apparently nonprofit, it should be the most competively priced among all universities offering online education. In addition, yes, the usual plethora of loans, grants, subsidies, scholarships and army/ military personnel benefits also apply. You will have to conduct your own research into your eligibilties and the options available to you. Tuition fees being affordable is also part of National University's promises and mottos, so that might be an important aspect for you.
Why you should study there and my personal recommendations
According to the National University, San Diego's website, there are many good and compelling reasons to study at their university: affordability, convenience, ongoing technical support and assistance for their online education, global educational arrangements and networking, a variety of online degrees and variety of online learning programmes, from bachelors to masters, as well as extended learning for certificate programmes and certification. These are very good and reasonable ideas why you should indeed pick National University, San Diego. I would say, however, the single most important factor for me would be the range of courses. Maybe you need a general degree and some of the more specialised universities do not suit you that well - then National University, San Diego might be the choice for you simply because it has the range of choices and offerings that others lack. On the other hand it should be noted that if you know what you want to do, then National University, San Diego is quite ordinary and like any other university, and it would therefore then make more sense to pick a specialised university or one that has a concentration in some subject or areas that you want. It depends on what you want and what your heart and your research tell you. Cheers!
