Why you should study there and my personal recommendations

Canadian Virtual University has a few things going for it: there are many participating universities so there is reputation, accreditation, and a range of degrees at all levels. Some universities here on my site have only one or two offerings but this Canadian Virtual University has all the degrees and has many subjects to offer. There is probably everything that you ever wanted to study and at various prices and various costs, and various levels, so there should be no problem at all. There are no known controversies and the website is user friendly and really promotes good online education, distance learning and IT knowledge as well. There are both French and English courses at the Canadian Virtual University, so for non-English speakers this might be a useful choice for a university. There are many good reasons for recommending this university for online education and distance learning!

I would recommend this university because of its range of choices and not because of its particular subjects. Charter Oak State College is Connecticut's major online public college and offers online degrees and online qualifications of course. There are many courses and programmes offered for students, and Charter Oak State College offers video and online courses for both online students and distance learners. In fact, Charter Oak State College is primarily a distance learning college and focuses mainly on distance and online learning. This is a key difference and distinction about Charter Oak State College that makes it different from other universities offering online degrees and distance learning, in a sense.

In general, there are a few major degrees offered, and there are also a few specialty courses and programmes offered by Charter Oak State College. There are degree programmes here at Charter Oak State College for the education, health and project management fields, there are certificate programmes and credential programmes for education, health and project management too, and health care courses and credentials are in a separate category for Charter Oak State College. There seems to be a major focus here on pharmacy. More research and more looking into this type of online education and online qualifications would be necessary, but if you are not doing any degree in pharmacy, education, health and project management, then Charter Oak State College may not be what you are looking for. If you are looking for these subjects and courses and you are in fact a pharmacist, Charter Oak State College's offers of professional accreditation and credentials will be incredible for your career and your occupation.

There are three major fees here: an application fee, a matriculation fee and a graduation fee, for your degree completion for both online degrees and distance learning courses. There are also online tuition fees for the video and the online learning courses. Connecticut residents get a discount on most of the fees and price discrimination works in their favour for both online degrees and distance learning courses.

There are also, of course, financial aid in terms of loans and bursaries and scholarships for Charter Oak State College as per many other USA universities. And there is also an agreement and benefit for US military personnel as well, but this may have been removed. More research is required if you happen to have financial difficulties, because not a lot of information is available from Charter Oak State College.

Why you should study there and my personal recommendations

Charter Oak State College seems to be a rather good university for distance learning and online degrees, but I would recommend it only to people interested in getting either a pharmacy certification, education, health and/or project management degrees. Charter Oak State College seems to be very good in these areas. More research and more exploration is necessary, before a decision is reached.
