These are very good and reasonable ideas why you should indeed pick National University, San Diego. I would say, however, the single most important factor for me would be the range of courses. Maybe you need a general degree and some of the more specialised universities do not suit you that well - then National University, San Diego might be the choice for you simply because it has the range of choices and offerings that others lack.
