The focus of this evaluation article is not on Jones International Ltd but on the more focused area of online education, and will deal with only Jones International University.
Jones International University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, and even though there was some original controversy at the beginning, the university is well established online and is properly accredited and a member of NCA, with the authority to award degrees in Business Administration. There are no known controversies surrounding the university and it is aboveboard and approved by the relevant authorities, at least to my own personal satisfaction after having done research.
There are in 2008 two main schools in Jones International University. These two main schools are - the school of education and the school of business, and these are the two main offerings for this online university. I agree with everything that they state here at the website, although I think more research should be done. Nonetheless, clearly Jones International University is very established. Jones International University has no known controversies and is very good in the two fields that it offers, and there is also the fact that it is properly accredited. Overall, Jones International University is a great place to study and get your online degree with, so I would recommend online degrees for education and business fields.

Capella University Online is accredited by NCA and has strict rules regarding its online degrees and course offers. There are no known controversies surrounding Capella University Online to date, and Capella University Online is rather popular with working professionals working hard and studying to get their online degrees.

The reason is that it appears somewhat cheaper and more cost effective. The main fields are health and education here at Capella University Online. I would say do more research into the other universities offering medical, health and care related studies and courses, then make up your mind. Capella University Online appears to be popular and very professional so it is definitely a good university to work with, if you want to get a good online degree. On a related note, most universities offering the same subjects should have roughly the same price ranges; unless they offer something more than just a basic education, the price should not differ much in terms of the costs of tuition fees.
